All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high‑volume periods (Ramadan, Eid, holidays, or special promotions), processing times may extend to 2–4 business days, but we always work to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 (before tax) within the United States.

Orders under $50 will display calculated shipping rates at checkout.

• 5–10 business days for rural or extended‑service areas

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Gift Boxes

All gift boxes — including but not limited to, Small, Medium, Large, Chocolate Lovers, Cluster, Ramadan/Eid, and XL Boxes — ship as flat‑rate bundles. Customers pay one fixed price for the box, regardless of the items selected inside.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated after the gift box price is applied.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. Habibi Sweets & Treats is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Lost packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

• Carrier delays outside our control

Hot Weather Shipping

During warmer months, chocolate and heat‑sensitive items may soften or melt during transit. We recommend choosing faster shipping options during high‑heat periods. At the same time, we will do our best to package your orders with the proper material to ensure temporary weather protection.
