1. What makes a product Halal certified?

A Halal certified product has been verified through proper certification and branding to meet Islamic dietary standards. This includes ensuring that ingredients, processing, and handling all comply with Halal requirements. At Habibi Sweets & Treats, we look for recognized Halal certification marks or Halal compliant (i.e. no animal ingredients or 100% plant-based) branding on all products we carry. 

2. How do you verify your products are Halal?

We take Halal verification seriously. Our team researches and works closely with our distributors to ensure every product we offer is not only Halal compliant but also of the highest quality available on the market. We are committed to giving our customers full confidence in every snack they purchase from us.

3. Do you ship across the US?

Yes! We ship across the entire United States, including US territories such as Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and more. No matter where you are in the US, we've got you covered.

4. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

5. Do You Ship Internationally?

No, not at the moment. This will change in the future however.

6. What is your return and refund policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you need to request a return or refund, please report it within 21 days of your order date along with your order receipt, which can be submitted via email. Our team will review your request and get back to you promptly.

7. Are your products suitable for dietary restrictions?

Yes. Every product we sell is labeled appropriately with nutritional information, dietary value and certification (Halal, Kosher, Vegan etc.).

8. Is every product sold Halal Certified?

No. While every product sold at Habibi Sweets & Treats may not be certified as Halal, everything is still compliant with Halal standards and is permissible for those who maintain a Halal based diet.
